If I register a domain with you, do I own it?
Yes, you own the domain name — we just manage it for you. We are a reseller of enom.com / Tucows. Every domain is registered in your name with us as the technical contact. You may transfer your domain to any other registrar at any time.
Can I transfer my domain to you?
Yes, we do that all the time and highly recommend it. Same price, but you'll never lose it due to a changed email address or an expired credit card. It happens more than you'd think, and it's a disaster.
The domain I want isn't available — now what?
There are tons of options. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll come up with some creative solutions.
I want to transfer my website and email to you.
Fantastic. Call us and we'll talk through how that works. We'll make sure your current inboxes are handled with care.
My website is broken. Can you fix it?

Do you print marketing collateral in-house?
No. We typically use either a large contract printer in California or a local printer, depending on project needs and your in-hands date.
Do you decorate apparel in-house?
Most screen-printed apparel is decorated by one of several contract decorators we work with. For low-run t-shirts, some hoodies, and some caps, we do decorate in-house using DTF and a heat press. All embroidery is outsourced to our contract decorators.
Do you stock apparel?
No. We buy all of our apparel from SanMar, S&S ActiveWear, and Charles River Apparel and ship it here or directly to our decorators. Our decorators are all preferred partners, so shipping to them is usually free. Garments to us typically arrive in a day.
I have a rush event and need something in 2 days. Can you meet it?
Not usually. We can rush your order and some vendors have aggressive production times, but typical lead times are 3–5 or 7–10 business days. Contact us immediately though — there may be options.
I have a problem with the items I ordered.
Contact us and let us know what went wrong. We'll find out why and figure out how to make it right.
