Our contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and bot protection. Turnstile operates invisibly and does not display a CAPTCHA challenge to most users. By using our forms, you acknowledge that Cloudflare may process certain data (such as browser signals and interaction patterns) to verify that you are human.

As required by Cloudflare, we reference the Cloudflare Privacy and Data Protection Addendum in this policy. Use of Turnstile is also subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Resend

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails generated by our contact forms. Your name and email address are transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of delivering that message. Resend does not use your information for its own marketing purposes. See Resend's Privacy Policy.

Vercel

This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log request metadata (IP address, browser type, referring URL) for security and performance purposes. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

DalaPromo.com

Our standalone promotional products storefront at DalaPromo.com is a separate website with its own privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy on that site separately.

5. Cookies

Our marketing website uses minimal, functional cookies necessary for the site to operate (such as session tokens). We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. Our e-commerce and blog pages (at /clients) may set additional cookies related to WooCommerce and WordPress; those are covered by their respective platform policies.

We retain form submission data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you follow up.
