How fast can you build a website?
Most marketing websites are live within 48 hours of receiving a deposit and your content. If you need it faster, call us - we have launched sites the same day. More complex builds (WordPress with custom features, e-commerce) typically take 1-2 weeks.
Do I own my website after you build it?
Yes. Always. The files are yours, the domain is yours, the hosting can be transferred at any time. We work for you, not the other way around.
What is managed hosting and do I need it?
Managed hosting means we handle your server, SSL certificate, backups, security patches, and uptime monitoring. You do not need it if you have an IT team. Most of our clients find it worth the $25/mo to not think about it.
Can you fix a website you did not build?
Yes. Website rescue is one of our most-requested services. We will tell you upfront what we can and cannot fix. Most issues - DNS, WordPress crashes, hacked sites, SSL failures, performance problems - are fixable. $200/hr, no minimum.
How does promotional products ordering work?
You can shop our catalog at DalaPromo.com and order direct, or contact us and we will source options for you. We accept your logo in most formats (AI, EPS, PDF, high-res PNG). We handle the order, check the proof, and follow up until it ships.
What file format should I send for print?
PDF is ideal. High-res JPG or PNG works for most things. Vector (AI or EPS) is preferred for logos. If you are not sure, send what you have and we will tell you if it will work.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes, on most things. Rush fees apply on print and promo products depending on the vendor. Web projects can often be expedited with a rush fee. Call us and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you work with clients outside Minnesota?
Absolutely. We have clients across North America, Asia, and Europe. Everything can be handled remotely. Most clients we have never met in person.
